On our product pages, you can select how frequently you wish to receive our products. You will receive an e-mail each time a new payment instruction starts. Our delivery will be done as soon as we received your payment. There are multiple payment options that you can select during the checkout process.
On our product pages, you will each time find the option to make a one-off purchase or opt in for a subscription. Once you opt in for a subscription, you just need to select your preferred delivery frequency and all is done!

Nutrition & Feeding Tips
Both dogs and cats prefer a consistent diet as it helps to support their digestion. For this reason, it’s important that you take your time to switch to the Imby food.
Dogs: Make the transition during a period of 10 days. Start by mixing 10% of the Imby food with 90% of the previous recipe. If this goes well, you can increase the portion of Imby food with 10% each day.
Cats: Make the transition over a period of 4 days. Start by feeding your cat 25% of the Imby food and 75% of the previous meal. If this goes well, you can increase the portion of the Imby food with 25% each day.

Puppies are growing rapidly in the first 12 months of their lives, which is why it’s important to select the right food. Our insect-based puppy food offers everything a young dog needs. It contains a high portion of proteins that are easy to absorb and digest. It also contains plenty of vitamins and minerals to support an active lifestyle and ensure a long life. Our puppy insect-based food is suitable for all breeds.
When your dog suffers from food allergies, it’s always recommended to visit a veterinarian to get an expert opinion. Our Imby food is free of common allergens such as chicken, beef, lamb, dairy, wheat, barley, soy and maize. Consequently our food can be considered as hypoallergenic and we have plenty of happy customers who have solved their food allergy by switching to Imby. It does not offer a 100% guarantee though, as every dog is different.

We are using protein powder that is derived from mealworm larvae. These premium proteins are perfectly suited for your pet as they contain all the required amino acid that dogs and cats need. Furthermore they are very easy to digest and are almost 3 times richer in protein than a fresh steak!
Our insect-based dog food can be enjoyed by all breeds and all ages. You can make the right selection based on age and weight. Our plant-based recipe is perfect for all adult dogs (at least 12 months old).
Our cat food can be enjoyed by all cat breeds, as long as they are adult (at least 12 months old) & sterilized.
Our plant-based dog food can be considered vegetarian and vegan. We are claiming that our recipe is 99.999% plant-based as we are still using D3 vitamins which are derived from sheep wool. Sheep are not harmed in this process though, so our plant-based pet food is completely free from animal cruelty.
Also our dog snacks are vegan since they are plant-based. That’s with the exception of our skin & coat snack, which contains 4% insect proteins.
Depending on the breed of your dog, they will sooner or later fall into the Senior category. Generally spoken, larger breeds will age sooner than younger breeds. When your dog is 8 years or older, we recommend making the switch to our insect-based senior recipe or our plant-based food. They are both very easy to digest and slightly lower in calories and will help prevent your dog from getting overweight.

Shipping & Returns
Please note that we do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or public holidays including but not limited to Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day. Orders received on these days will be dispatched on the next working day. If you have any concerns about when your order will be received, please feel free to contact us. Orders following bank holidays can take an extra day due to the higher level of parcels our couriers have to deliver.
If you are not available to sign for your delivery and have left delivery instructions to that effect when placing your order, you will be deemed to accept the full risks of receipt of those goods. In this instance, in the event of a dispute, proof of delivery will be constituted by proof that our van driver has acted upon those instructions.

We offer free standard delivery on each order of £40 or more.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. If for any reason your pet doesn’t enjoy Imby, we suggest you give the products to a befriend pet owner or donate to a local shelter.
